There was a record turnout for last Saturday’s annual garden party at Willowgrove Leisure Park – staff and residents alike had a fantastic time under the pleasant August sunshine!
We’d like to extend a special thanks to our friends at A&D Country Catering – their tremendously delicious buffet kept everyone happy throughout the day, and there was certainly no shortage of refreshments!
Our wonderful volunteers helped to serve the food, and the bar was expertly manned by Willowgrove’s own Frank and Tony.
DJ Chris was hard at work all day, and had the honour of announcing the winners of the Fishing and Gardening Competitions.
But it was entertainer Vince Hughes who really brought the house down! His range of pop classics had everyone up on their feet and dancing!
At the end of the day, the consensus was that this year’s party was truly the best we’ve ever had!
